INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT – Single Family Office
HIRING: INVESTMENT MANAGER
The Investment Manager / Associate will support the management of the due diligence efforts on all prospective and current investments for the family office (for RFO, namely). The Investment Associate is expected to lead the deal processes from beginning to end, servicing as the coordinator for the deal process. The Investment Associate will be in a highly visible position and expected to manage external diligence streams as well as internally communicate views and thoughts on various investment strategies for REDARE Family Office (RFO).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead due diligence process for prospective and current RFO investments – creating and updating financial models, global macro and thematic research, as well as comparable analyses.
- Produce dashboards, including monthly portfolio statements, detailing the RFO investments in People, PE, VC and Real Estate.
- Prepare RFO portfolio reports, including a descriptive assessment of our investments.
- Regularly read research, news and other sources of current events to remain current on information affecting the firm’s investments.
- Interact daily with the principals, colleagues, management teams and fund managers. Meet with our approved Family Clients regularly to finalize loans or investments
- Some travel to visit fund managers; portfolio companies and prospects may be required.
QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE
- Three to five years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or hedge funds, sovereign wealth and tax-exemptions.
- Degree in finance, business, economics or related discipline.
- Experience and accomplishments is more valuable
RECOMMENDED SKILLS
- High proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint as well as SEC filings.
- Think outside the box mindset.
- Ability to manage Private Wealth Preservation
- Ability to work independently to quickly create detailed, high-quality investment summaries, including developing detailed financial models.
- Proven analytical skills, business judgment and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated working style, eagerness to learn and strong interpersonal skills.
